Payment
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments. The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Contemporary Planters Ltd TA The Christmas Designers have cleared in full.
Terms of payment
Subject to any special terms agreed in Writing between the Buyer and the Company, the Company shall be entitled to payment of delivery or collection of the Goods as the case may be. If the Buyer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods or to collect them, as the case may be, the Company shall be entitled to payment for the Goods at any time after the Company has tendered delivery or notified the Buyer that the Goods are ready for collection as the case may be and rendered an invoice for same if the Buyer fails to make any payment when due, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Company, the Company shall be entitled to:
cancel the Contract or suspend any further deliveries to the Buyer whether under the same contract or any other contract between the Buyer and the Company; appropriate any payment made by the Buyer to such of the Goods (or the goods supplied under any other contract between the Buyer and the Company) as the Company may think fit (notwithstanding any purported appropriation by the Buyer); and charge the Buyer interest (both before and after any judgment) on the amount unpaid, at the rate of two percent per month compounded on all sums due to it until payment in full is made

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Stirling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.
